• IT Department

Within the framework of its ever increasing needs, we created a complete IT department. The department’s main objective corresponds to a constant support of Excelions Solutions systems including a continuous research and application development facilitating its activities. By following the most updated data security models it fully guarantees their protection.

• Intranet / Internet

intranet is based on local LAN (TCP/IP) and Microsoft Windows Server. It depends upon multiple HUB/SWITCHES Cisco Catalysts and a secure ROUTER / Firewall / PIX is used for Internet access.

• Telephony / VoIP

Company’s call centre is equipped with Panasonic Business Communication Systems technology. All calls are recorded from a variety of lines and have all our locations centralized into one server with  Centralize management software.

• Collections Software (CMS)

Data management is performed through collection application which is developed by the IT department using development tools such as SQL Server 2005 and PowerBuilder.

• Fingerprint Access Control

Biometrics access  is the most widely used solution across in all our office and branches to restrict unauthorized access.

• Video surveillance system & Fire safety

All are premises are Integration with Fire Alarm and Video Surveillance for enhanced security.

• Prayer and Meditation Room

Specified area is assigned in every office which is being used for the purposes of religious observance and Namaz.
